With a background in computer science and a focus on artificial intelligence, Markus Seim began his journey as an entrepreneur, founding and successfully running several companies in the areas of eCommerce and communities over almost twenty years. His passion for technology and innovation led him to GLS IT Services in 2013, where he has since been responsible for the PM eCommerce department and innovative services in the position of Senior Manager. In this role, he uses his expertise to improve service delivery and drive growth by constantly exploring new ways to apply cutting-edge technologies for outstanding business results.
