I began my career in the tax department of a Big 4 audit firm in Berlin, Germany, pursuing a path in tax consulting. Over 17 years, I gained extensive experience across various teams, specializing in corporate tax compliance, M&A tax advisory, and tax technology. In the final five years of my tenure, I focused on process and decision management for the administrative functions of large corporate clients. Since leaving the firm in 2018, I have been working as a freelance consultant for major corporations. I leverage my unique skill set—combining expertise in tax, legal, and accounting with process and decision management—and embrace a citizen developer mindset to create innovative solutions. My work addresses both long-standing business challenges and emerging compliance issues that companies face in an ever-evolving landscape.
