Michael Cobbledick is a seasoned management consultant with over 25 years of experience in business and digital transformation across multiple sectors, particularly financial services and IT. With a Master’s degree in Future Studies focusing on organizational agility, Michael has led successful operating model transformations, digital initiatives, and process automation programmes for leading tier 1 multi-national orgnisations like Old Mutual and Sanlam. He played a key role in driving the growth and success of DigiBlu, an award-winning intelligent automation firm, and has contributed to other start-up ventures in the fintech and IT sectors. Passionate about enhancing customer experiences and optimizing operations through technology, Michael brings deep expertise in intelligent automation, process orchestration, and core technologies such as ERP, middleware, and cognitive systems.
